By installing, accessing, or using the Zamarrud WA Bot Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and, if you use it on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Description of Service
Zamarrud WA Bot is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to send personalized WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Web. The extension operates as a client-side tool and requires an active WhatsApp account. It does not use the official WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Cloud API.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including India's TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations 2018, the US TCPA, the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, and WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You must obtain prior opt-in consent from every recipient, honour opt-out requests promptly, and never send to purchased or scraped lists.
- Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Take full responsibility for the content of your messages
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
6. Subscription & Licensing
Zamarrud WA Bot offers a 7-day free trial — up to 100 contacts per session and 50 messages in total during the trial. Paid plans are available with extended features and higher contact limits. License keys are tied to a single WhatsApp number and are non-transferable.
- Plans are prepaid for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). Each plan includes a monthly message quota (Basic 1,000; Pro 6,000; Ultra unlimited subject to the Fair-Use Policy below) that resets every 30 days, including on yearly plans. Unused quota does not carry over. Seasonal plans are one-time purchases valid for the stated window. Add-on message packs are non-refundable and expire with the base plan. Plans do not auto-renew.
- License keys activate instantly upon entry and are valid until expiration
- No auto-renewal — you must purchase a new license when your current one expires
Fair-Use Policy (Ultra): Ultra is intended for a single business's own outreach. We may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed 30,000 messages in any 30-day period or that resell or share access.
7. WhatsApp Compliance
Important: Zamarrud WA Bot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Using bulk messaging tools may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, and we cannot guarantee that your WhatsApp account will not be restricted or banned.
We provide safer-sending controls as a best-effort measure designed to reduce ban risk, but they do not eliminate it and no tool can prevent WhatsApp enforcement. Use responsibly.
8. Intellectual Property
The Zamarrud WA Bot extension, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the operator named above. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its personnel shall not be liable for:
- Any WhatsApp account bans, restrictions, or suspensions resulting from use of the Service
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
- Loss of data, business, or revenue
- Any actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta against your account
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the operator and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the content of your messages, your contact lists, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or platform policy.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
12. Governing Law
